NO CUENTA CON TV Y TAMPOCO TIENE UN PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN

Bon rapport qualité/ prix, accueil sympa, la kitchenette est un vrai plus

Pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche et parfois odeurs difficiles dans la salle de bain

Le personnel est sympathique La localisation est bonne (nous avions une voiture pour aller dans le centre) Un des hôtels les moins cher de bacalar Des petites terrasses extérieures

La propreté laisse à désirer (surtout la salle de bain), pas de tapis de douche donc de l'eau partout, les lits n'étaient pas confortables. Du bruit la nuit Le papier toilette est donné au compte goutte et pas de nettoyage intermédiaire durant notre séjour

really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean room and kitchen. Bikes available to rent, staff onsite to help whenever needed. Super responsive host. Great location

Very sweet owner and a fair price. We forgot something in our room and the owner was very sweet to accommodate our needs by shipping it. The room is nice, we even had an extra bed which was awesome for storage.

The common kitchen was available and we were the only ones using it. We were able to do the laundry and hang our wet clothes in the terrace. The internet worked well As others said there were free bikes that we could borrow Very good price The staff is kind and relaxed(same as the vibes you get in Bacalar) and it felt very safe(omg, I feel so old saying this)

One night we had a cold shower, which wasn't horrible but not pleasant. The bathroom and kitchen were worn out, a bit of maintenance would be nice. There was a big noise at night right when we went to be and we were told that the water was pumped up to a deposit I believe.

Sergio is the nicest host :) beautiful terrace to relax + nice kitchen to use. Free use of the bicycle if they're available

Great location in a quiet street in Bacalar. Walking distance from the center of the city and some nice places to eat around.

A bit more privacy (maybe darker or double-layered curtains would have done the job) and comfier (and slightly bigger) bed would have made our experience better. Unfortunately, upon our arrival the room was ready but we were not given any information on how to access the property. We had to find a way by ourselves and it took some time before we got an answer. Also, when we finally managed to get into the room, there was no towels available, nor a mat for the bathroom.
