La llegada fue desastrosa, me hicieron esperar en el Lobby aprox una hora. El portero no sabia nada de nuestra llegada, llamamos y escribimos insistentemente a la administración del alojamiento que contestaron pidiendo nuevos datos, , los cuales fueron suministrados y aun así el encargado de entregar las llaves y la tarjeta de entrada tardó 25 minutos en hacerse presente y requirió nuevamente los datos ya suministrados, demostrando una total falta de interés y consideración de necesidades del huésped.
