Catalina's Got Cart Condo

The unit was well located only minutes from the waterfront. The golf card served us well, since we had one member that had some mobility issues. Everything we needed was in the condo, including a cot, plenty of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen and even a clothes steamer and high chair (which we didn’t need). The unit was clean and there were even board games and the ability to stream movies.

You should know there are some stairs, but not a lot to get to the elevator and to the room.

Location was good, host was nice

Too many stairs & it was kind of hard to locate the room. Sofabed & arm chairs were at the end of their life, bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom light fixture had too many dead bugs in it.

Location was great! Host went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and suggested nice places to eat, and dine.

Kitchen Chairs were outdated. Bathroom floor mats need to be replaced.

The condo comes with a gas powered golf cart 24/7. This is a huge bonus. Our hostess, Alison, was incredibly welcoming and really tried to make our stay special and unique. She allowed us to keep our bags in the condo on the last day because our boat didn't leave until 5:00pm. She is very helpful and willing to help in any way. We will be back. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is quiet and off the tourist streets. The building is sound proofed and the stay felt very safe and quiet.

Be aware there are stairs. Lots of them. If you can't drag your bags up 20 steps plus the elevator, this is not for you. We chose not to use the pool which is small and heavily chlorinated, great for the kiddies.

Alison the manager of the property was great!!! Took care of all our needs!

The Property Manager Allison is fabulous and hands on. She made everything seamless and easy. She actually met us at the pier and drove us in a golf cart to the Condo Complex.

The pictures on Booking.com were very honest. The condo is worn and needs to have a little remodeling done. All the furniture is old and covered. The bed was a double, so although a very good comfortable mattress, it's a little small for 2 adults that are used to a King size bed. The complex was within walking distance to everything. This place would be very hard for anyone with walking disabilities as there are a lot of stairs, even to get to an elevator, and once off the elevator, there's a few more stairs. Having a golfcart at your disposal made it up for the old condo. It made us free to do anything we pleased to visit on the island, and the gas was included. "SHOUT OUT" to Allison, the hostess and property manager. She's the bomb!
