Great location and amenities

Very quiet and close to everything. The golf cart was a great bonus!

It's wasn't clean at all and I got charged a cleaning fee when it wasn't clean when I got there

Everything was great

The property manager (Alisson) is very helpful and kind. She met my family at the ferry dock and transported us to the condo. The condo is cozy, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart is a big plus because you can move around at your own pace. They went above and beyond my expectations!

We liked the property manager, golf cart, and pool. We weren’t in the condo a lot, we only slept and ate breakfast there. We were so tired by the time we would get back, we had no trouble falling asleep.

Maybe cart parking? The cart has to be parked down the street every night. This is probably out of everyone’s control so I shouldn’t even mention it. I’m really digging deep here. The condo was perfect for two adults and two kids.

The property manager was very kind, helpful and communicative. The owner struck gold hiring her. I always knew help was only a phone call away. There was a second TV in the bedroom, two balconies, and access to a golf cart was a game changer. The shower/tub combo included multiple hand rails for safety (which really helped, especially since the tub is a little slippery). The bed was soft and comfy. Did I mention that the golf cart was an absolute must?

The complex is not accessible-friendly. There are steps between the street and the elevator, and steps again between the elevator and the unit. Not ideal for those who have difficulty traversing stairs.

I kike that it was close on but yet far enough from everyone and it came with its own golf cart just didn’t like the curfew on the cart

Furniture was a little out dated but comfortable
