Catalina's Got Cart Condo

Property is immaculate, beds were comfortable, area is quiet. It is a short walk to the beach and the condo had ever we needed for cooking dinner a d breakfast. We were met at the ferry, given keys, and taken to the golf cart and condo. Communication was excellent.

Having a golf cart for the duration of our stay was fantastic. The golf carts rent per hour but we could drive all around. The beds were very comfortable and location was close to the dock and downtown.

The service and personal attention we received from Allison, the manager, began long before our arrival with informative emails and texts, answering all of our questions. It was as if we were meeting an old friend when we got picked up at the ferry landing. She brought our golf cart and had her own to transport the luggage. The condo facility was clean and well maintained, making for a safe and pleasant environment. The unit itself was lovely and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was completely equipped and even had condiments and seasonings in a cupboard. Both a drip and k-cup coffeemaker, with coffee, cream and sugar available. Livingroom was comfortable, with a large flat screen TV and sofa which converted to a bed. Balcony provided a view of the interior courtyard of the complex. Bedroom was enormous, with a wonderful bed and plenty of seating and storage. Bathroom was spotless, loaded with lots of towels and amenities. Everything was well maintained and worked! It was an excellent stay. Having the included golf cart added such enjoyment to our stay. It gave us the freedom to explore the town of Avalon at our own pace and take in the views from the scenic overlooks. No problems finding parking in front of the condo complex and at the various tourists destinations. Overnight parking in a private lot just a short block away. Plus, it was fun! Allison was wonderful throughout our stay. Whenever we had questions, she quickly got back to us with a text. She was able to accommodate our late departure from Catalina by allowing us to store our luggage while continuing to explore the town on our last day. She made our experience worry free and we'd definitely like to return in the future.

This will be short, because our stay was so great. The pool area was clean and looked so inviting. However, in the winter season, the pool and jacuzzi are only heated on the weekends, so we opted not to use the facilities.

Location

Not a dislike, but a reality. Lots of steps ( along with some elevators but Allison was of GREAT assistance! And once you got into your space, those steps were worth it haha

Such a cozy home! I loved the cute dog pictures on the wall, it felt like staying at a friend's place.

Friendly staff, great company, excellent location. Love the golf cart for getting around. Will definitely come back!!!

We loved everything about the property, the golf cart, the spacious of the property, full kitchen with a dishwasher and a pool were the highlights. We will always stay here. And Allison, the property manager was very welcoming and available when we needed her. Family friendly place and very comfortable.
