Ease of interacting with the host.

The bathroom sink drain was very sluggish and should have been recognized by the cleaning crew and corrected prior to our occupancy or at least acknowledged that a problem existed and efforts were being made to correct it.

I would give 100 star ⭐️ rating. They met us early at the boat and let us use the golf cart to get around the island. We were able to put our luggage in the condo while they were getting it ready. They worked diligently to clean the condo and had it ready early. They let us check out late and use the golf cart until our boat was scheduled to leave. I have never stayed anywhere that was so caring and accommodating. This is the only place I will stay when vacationing on Catalina Island.

Nothing to dislike it was perfect.

Great condo complex only a few blocks from oceanfront Avalon. There is a pool and jacuzzi for guests who want that. But biggest plus was having your own golf cart to get around.

I can not rave enough about Brian the owner and Allison the Manager. I have booked with Booking.com on several occasions and have always been happy but this time it was over the top! They were so nice and accommodating. They went way above and beyond!

It couldn't have been any better!

This condo has room to spread out in. It was comfortable and the deck was inviting! The golf cart was the perfect addition to enable a memorable stay! The host was flexible with check-in and out, enabling us to get the most out of our stay.

Engaging, accommodating & kind property manager Allison picked us up from the ferry dock & transported us to our condo. She provided us full access & use of a golf cart for our three day stay. The condo is beautiful & fully equipped with things we needed to cook, make coffee, bathe comfortably & sleep warm & cozy!

The extra queen-sized sofa bed has the typical middle metal bar which is not comfortable to sleep on. Was able to sleep on either side of it to sleep. Maybe provide an extra mattress foam to soften placement of metal bar?
