I stayed in studio room number 1 I booked under reservation 4479411458 on January 19-21. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected, and I am extremely disappointed. Upon entering the room, I noticed several unacceptable issues: Cleanliness: The room was untidy, and most shockingly, there were traces of feces in the toilet. This is entirely unsanitary and unacceptable for any accommodation. Condition of the Mattress: The mattress was extremely old and broken. I could feel the springs pressing into my back throughout the night, making it impossible to rest properly. Health Impact: As a result of the poor sleeping conditions, I woke up with pain in both my lower back and neck, which has affected my overall well-being.
