To much in the room

The space and heating. The space was okay the heating was effective. There was parking. The kitchen space was great

The bed spring. It was not comfortable. The bathroom was not clean. Couldn’t shower and it was tired. The toilet seat moved and was not properly balanced. I found find the tv remote. But it was okay regardless.

Near hospital that daughter was attending

Booked for daughter travelling alone and told to enter by back via French windows however back was in total darkness and no light in room either with light switch on far wall once finally got inside. Although a smart TV is provided there was no remote and TV had no manual control. Room was ok but bed had a very soft uncomfortable mattress and very loud heating not a very good night with no TV and heating noise at least the WiFi worked.

Nothing - left the property within 10 minutes as it was in such poor condition. This property needs to be inspected by yourselves as it did not come up to even the most basic standards.

Very dirty kitchen, oven was so dirty it wasn't safe to use, dirty plates and cutlery in the sink in the communal kitchen. Very dirty carpets, damp stains on blinds and carpets. Bed mattress was very old with the springs visible. Dirty mattress and mattress cover. Damaged walls. Didn't even look like the photos posted on your site.

Smell of weed People getting up at 4am, 5am, 6am noisily, Noisy floor boards waking me up. Roller Blind falling off - reported but no reply. No heating. No hot water on last day. Black mold on ceiling of shower room.

Ease of access

No toilet roll when we arrived.

Super handy for work. Handy car park . Near a lot of local amenities. Could use a little redecorating in the room I was in this time. Have stayed here a couple of times and already have 2 more dates booked.
