"Srunning location and even better hotel, beautiful"

The hotel was stuning from the grounds around which was amazingly maintained, to the venue itself with so much history combined with such modern facilities. The kids absoloutly loved all that was on offer and always had something to do

Cleanliness and the restaurant/bars were quite pricey

"Superb"

The location was amazing and very quiet at night which is lovely.

Stayed in a deluxe room which was absolutely beautiful but the settee had seen better days and the curtains where tired and torn and need replacing

The entrance

A bit tired and soulless. Breakfast was 'cheap' but plentiful. Would i go back again... ? No.

"Really enjoyed experiencing the grandure of Ickworth house"

Excellent Breakfast. Wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend.

I didn't like not being able to use the pool after 7pm, especially as I was always arriving after 7pm. The hotel did however make an exception for me

"Exceptional"

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the family atmosphere. Lovely being able to walk to the rotunda in the morning

"Great location, wonderful setting, very poor service for a 90th birthday celebration"

Building, history and location

Needed a good clean, money spending on. Eg curtains very ripped.Didn’t seem to be anyone overseeing the service in the evening. Appeared short staffed.
