Beautiful large bedroom and very quiet. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good, no complaints at all. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Good checkout time at 11am. Dog friendly hotel.

The only thing which would have made our stay better would have been if our little dog had been allowed in one of the public rooms, ie. either the bar or restaurant. We had to have breakfast separately which isn't ideal. Having said that, the staff were excellent and very welcoming of our little dog.

Location was very good and the staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us which was very much appreciated. The food was excellent.

The horrible steel structure unfinished on the side of the property. Spoilt the appearance and it just needs to go. Front of the house would benefit from a tidy up and some tlc in places. A few attention to detail bits in the room too for example missing drawer or cupboard handles and one socket didn’t work (there were plenty of others to use though). The mattress on the bed was far too firm though which meant we weren’t that comfortable.
