Breakfast was the best ever - beautiful fruit selection, everything home made.

The only limitation is the stairs - but intending guests are well warned about this beforehand. It didn't trouble us at all.

Great central location and the property is full of character and pristine. Steve was a fantastic host too….nothing was too much trouble

Very friendly owners who went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Excellent location and beautiful room. We'll certainly stay there in the future if we revisit the area.

The weather on the day we were there was diabolical but you can't blame the b and b!

Beth and Steve were delightful hosts. They provided so much helpful information and made us feel very special. The Guest House is in the perfect location for exploring Ballater, and for our visit to Balmoral. The view of the mountains from our room made it even more special.

The room was excellent with stunning views , in an ideal quiet and stunningly beautiful location, hosts were really friendly and helpful with lots of local knowledge, breakfast was superb with lots of healthy options
