Delicious freshly cooked breakfast made to order for each guest. Location in the main square in the little town of Ballater, with free parking. Very comfy nice big beds and a special bonus for us , 3 single beds in the family room.

We liked everything, the only slight problem was 2 flights of stairs to the accommodation,which we were informed of in advance .

Excellent location hosts exceptional all armed with local and beyond knowledge of the area. Excellent breakfast and superbly cooked by the hosts with the most. Thanks Beth and Steve. We’re stopping longer next year.

Staff very welcoming and pleasant Breakfast was excellent and location spot on

Felt the bathroom needed a upgrade Black mould on shower head and shower door runner rails

"Great Location, Great Stay"

Property and room were spotlessly clean and well appointed. Located in the middle of Ballater within easy walk of all amenities. Hosts were friendly and accommodating too. They even booked a local hotel for my meal. Will definitely return.
