Location is near town, facing the water. Extremely clean, cute rooms. Owners were very attentive, responsive and helpful. They had a spacious gathering space and sun room and storage for our bikes!

"Room with a view"

Fantastic location, staff were amazing and friendly and the views can't be beat. Nice little touches with tea/coffee, sherry, biscuits and lovely body lotion etc. Car park space was a bonus too. Will definitely be back. Thank you

"Our go to place"

Absolutely no doubt our go to place in Oban , location is ideal , lovely views across the bay , we have a small dog who was made very welcome , the room was spotlessly clean , quality furniture , a small fridge , TV free WiFi and small touches making our stay very pleasant ,seating outfront to enjoy the lovely views , lovely owners who just want make it the perfect stay
