Location and the view from the window. Location is close to a big ASDA Supermarket, only 5 minutes walk. The area is very quiet and safe. I like the size of the room, the big table, and the chair, and that there are three toilets. Each floor has two rooms, and there are three floors, so you get complete silence. BONUS: THERE IS ROOF ACCESS WITH AMAZING VIEWS, AND IT COMES WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS. I LOVED IT!!!!!

That the WIFI was too slow. Also, the stove need working in it; it does not heat up much.

FILTHY. There was nothing to like.

I would strongly advise against staying at this property. On arrival, the accommodation was in a very poor and unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been properly cleaned between guests. There were stains on all furnishings, dirty and marked walls, thick dust and debris throughout, and rubbish left behind (including under the bed). The bathroom contained mould, grime, and discarded items from previous occupants. The bedding was ripped and stank. There were also safety concerns. The glass in the front door was cracked/broken and not repaired. Electrical items were left obstructing the hallway on the upper floor, which appeared to be the only exit route in case of fire/ emergency. This did not feel safe. Due to travel disruption I arrived late and was not able to fully assess the property immediately, but once the extent of the issues became clear it was obvious that the accommodation was not fit to stay in. I remained only out of necessity and would not have stayed otherwise. I left early because it was so disgusting. This property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness or safety, and it does not reflect what would reasonably be expected from accommodation listed on Booking.com. I would not recommend staying here.
