Hicimos 3 d2n de trekking en la jungla que contratamos con Thomas . Los guías Ren y Aldy fueron lo mejor de todo el viaje , Dani el cocinero muy bueno tambien . Nos hicieron descubrir sitios y sabores inolvidables y su entusiasmo y profesionalidad hizo que nos sintiéramos agasajadas desde el primer momento . Una experiencia muy enriquecedora , muy profesionales y divertidos . Totalmente recomendable sobre todo con estos guías de lujo . Thomas nos atendió muy bien desde el minuto uno hasta el final . Gracias a todos y especialmente los chicos del hotel ( todos) que tocaron ka guitarra para nosotras la última noche y nos hicieron sentir muy especiales de verdad . Todo súper autentico . 100% recomendable . Muchas gracias equipo !!!

Very beautiful setting with a great view right next to the river. We did the 3 day juggle trek with Deno and Arnold which was absolutely incredible!!!!! They were so fun and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing experience!! Words cannot express how wonderful it was!! They are the only locally owned orangutan tour group so it was great to go with guides that really love the jungle so deeply! Thomas also arranged our transportation to and from Medan airport in a super nice van. Also had breakfast everyday and it was delicious!! 100000000/10 recommend booking with Thomas and recommend staying a few days after the trek as there are lots of weekend festivities!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Kommunikation bereits vorab. Transfers werden möglich gemacht. Absolutes Highlight war die 2 tägige Dschungel Trekking Tour. Schöne Anlange, Zimmer eher Basic mit harten Betten, aber man hat alles was man braucht.

Thomas und sein Personal sind super nett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Trekkingtour mit Tondi, Rudi und Aldi gigantisch. Sie haben sie komplett auf unsere Wünsche und Fähigkeiten abgestimmt. Die Verpflegung dabei war großartig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Pretty much everything. Thomas has created a wonderful and very stylish retreat in the jungle. He and his staff are unfailingly helpful, courteous and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to give guests the best possible experience. The food is good and the menu is varied. My room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I also did a couple of treks with them, which were fabulous as well, with unparalleled opportunities to see wildlife up close (and even on the trek the food is fabulous). It’s a short walk from the retreat property into the village for those wanting to explore the market.

The wifi and electricity are spotty at times, and the ac has a hard time keeping the harsh climate at bay, but that’s to be expected considering that you are in the middle of the jungle. There is no hot water in the shower, but that is a minor complaint considering how hot it is there: The cool water actually feels good!
