Sapo Karo Rest House

The room is okay. But in the morning, sound of neighbour is to noisy :(

Ok location. Walkable to town. Served breakfast in the morning

Was overpriced for what it was. The sheets were dirty. Construction works started at 7am on the dot (which were apologised for when I sent a message to the host). Smell from the bathroom was quite horrific. We kept the bathroom door shut at all times and minimised using the shower - assume was the drained so not a huge amount to be done

It was the night before Hari Raya, so there was a lot of praying through the loudspeakers but none of this was the fault of the hotel.

We stayed with our 8 and 5 year old kids for two nights. The hotel was clean and well located. The hotel organized a great one-day excursion to Mount Sibayak and its surroudings (hotspring, waterfall, buddhist temple) where we had great time. Adi, the hotel manager went above and beyond to help.

Great location in quiet area, walking distance from the Pasar. Comfy clean place with very .nice staff

Sapo Karo is 10 min walk from the centre of Berastagi, which is very convenient. Erwin is the best guide, with lots of knowledge, he speaks great english and helps to organize your trip. Recomend it.
