Exceptionally warm family with outstanding local food. Great location on the beach just next to the dive shop.

The bathroom might be outside of your room. Very simple washing facilities. Great value for the price anyway.

The owners, the food and the location are great. If we would come back to Bunaken we would stay here again.

Very comfortable homestay and a nice open common area with free tea and coffee. The food was amazing and always so much of it! We also had a tour booked one afternoon meaning we would miss lunch but the guys held some back for us to eat when we got back. Location is really nice as it backs on to the beach. If you take a snorkel and swim 50 metres out until the coral drops off then you'll see dozens of turtles!

Super friendly homestay run by Helmi and Yoke. The food is just amazing and definitely a reason to stay in this place. It’s also possible to book snorkeling tours and other trips directly wirh the owners. The prices are fair, too. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bunaken.

Comfortable bedroom with shared bathroom. There is a fan in the room which provided us with enough comfort to sleep without being too hot. The hosts Yoke and Helmi are a lovely couple who arranged snorkeling trips for us and gave great advice about where to visit on the island. Helmi also sourced us a GoPro for a snorkeling trip. The dining area is set up so guests eat together which was a great way for us to socialise. The food was incredible and possibly the best we have eaten in 5 months of traveling. Every lunch and dinner was different and garnished with fresh vegetables and herbs. The portion sizes were huge which was nice after days out exploring the local reefs. The guesthouse is located overlooking the beach in the main village. Great for watching the sunset and hearing the sea at night. Overall this has been our favourite guesthouse so far in Asia!

Joke and Helmi are just lovely! Every day we had three meals, everyone completely different and tasty! They should open a restaurant! It was a pleasure to stay at their accommodation and we just can recommend it! In the village, directly next to place where the public boat enters. keep on running your business.

Everything, but especially the food. Meals are genuinely outstanding and an absolute bargain as are included in room price. Just stay here.

We really loved this guesthouse. It is the best value for money in the island by far. Well located near Blue Shark, cheapest diving center, the rooms are comfortable, best for we are in Indonesia and great quantity, and the host are just amazing. We strongly recommend this guesthouse. 🙏 thanks for everything

The family is very friendly. Helmi went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Yoke's food was very tasty and the portions were enormous! I couldn't eat even half. They give their entire upper floor to the guests, which is very unusual for Asia. You got the best part of the house, they respect your privacy, you got very nice terrace, living room, eating room, lots of space for yourself.
