Thank you for your hospitality, the best host we had in Egypt. We had great information about what to see and how to move around. Special thanks to Jamal's wife for cooking for us great food. We definitely recommend this place.

Nice breakfast, excellent location with friendly staff. Rooms are basic and simple but clean.

i stayed only for one night. very kind people, very hepful on every request. The owner speak fluent english. Breakfast was traditional and good! room and bathroom were clean.

location is not convinient for travelers with medium/big lagguage. the guest house is in elephantine island, so ferry is needed. there is no pavement road from the ferry stop to the guest house so the wheels stuck on the sand.

Royal Kosh is a place on Elephantine island, very clean and convenient. The owner Jamal was really helpful, his wife prepared the best breakfast and we had a very well prepared and tasty meal on the terrace of the house in the evening. I recommend the place

The property was cozy and clean however location was very tricky, you need ferry or boat to cross and pass mid night no public boat and this need to rent private boat that cost extra

The location is not convenient specifically with luggages, and services was not as expected We missed first day due to the airline delay and messaged property however no luck on credit or refund So refund policy is not as good as other places
