Kosh royal house

The guest house is on an island which you can reach with a public ferry. They sent someone to show us the road and helped with the bags. The room was very clean and the bathroom too which was the most important part tbh.

You get no view like we saw in the pictures but we didn’t spend much time in the room so wasn’t a big deal later.

It was super great guest house I ever stayed in Egypt before. The owner was very kind and friendly. Facility is perfect. I could cook the noodles and make tea or coffee. The toilet was super clean and hot water was also perfect to get shower. They offer one paper tissue and soap. bed cover was clean and two towels are provided. We had to take off our shoes outside, it could make room and house most clean. so I was really happy. Breakfast was also perfect. and you can eat dinner if you want to eat. it costs upper 100pound. and I think the cost will be reasonable. The location is near ferry but you can get confuse because it is different from google map. you have to go 3VRR+W5M Aswan 1 this pin. and then you can arrive very well without confuse. Totally great guest house. I absolutely recommend to all.

Jamal and his family were very nice. I loved the neighborhood, although dirt paths aren't for everyone. Everyone in Egypt is part of a network to help you get where you want to go. Jamal's contact for my boat ride around Elephantine Island was good. I really recommend a trip through the cataracts, the wetlands, and over to the beach for swimming. Yes, it's safe.

Jamal’s network for the trip to Abu Simbel wasn't good at all. No one liked them, and no one tipped. The breakfast was overpriced and substandard. The worst I had in my trip to Egypt.

We spent 3 nights here and would happily spend many more. The rooms are great, nice rooftop for breakfast, kitchen, WiFi is fast. best of all the guesthouse owner is very friendly and helpful. they’d prepare breakfast at anytime for us based on our schedule and helped us organize a trip to the camel market and kom ombo. would highly recommend!!

Great location, peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants etc. Owner makes you feel very welcome.
