The Bar Convent Guest House

Das Frühstücvk, war umfassend - continental und english. Alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer war klein, aber nicht beengt, für Einzelpersonen völlig ausreichend. Die Lage war sehr gut für meine Bedürfnisse. Dicht am Bahnhof und gut zentral in den Innenstadtbereich. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

Good location

It was cold outside, for May. The room was uncomfortably warm. There was a fan. Had to have it on all night. So sleep wasn’t great.

It was a beautiful building with an interesting history

The facilities, the staff, the history of the place and the location are all excellent. The guest house provides excellent comfort and security. The building and grounds are lovely and beautifully maintained.

Good value comfortable stay in a building with living historical significance.

The room was a little too warm due to hot water pipes passing through the room. (Windows had to remain closed due to the room fronting onto a busy road)
