Great value for money, relatively clean and very quiet

Not well advertised from outside on street

Yard was lovely.

No wifi, only security was available.

We had an apartment here, the kitchen was good and had a smoothie maker which we used everyday. The location was great, walking distance to the waterfront, fruit market, tourist information and some lovely local cafes and restaurants, such as Mehi.

The staff are good and helped us when we asked. There needs to be some maintenance to the facilities. There is no wifi.

The staff and garden were amazing.

The kitchen had a bad smell and was filled with large cockroaches. I tried to move out early but they did not agree to a refund for the days I wanted to leave early. Secondly, they advertised that they provide WiFi on the facility which wasn't true. Lastly, I arranged a airport pickup for my sister through them. Instead of using the safe facility car or booking the blue taxis, they booked one of the almost falling apart yellow taxis and charged me the double triple going rate.

The studio was self-contained, it had a kitchen, dining table, outdoor seating with table. In other words, everything I needed. The staff members were very helpful. The location was quiet. In Dili, it is easy to get around via mikrolet buses or taxis. There were shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It wasn't advertised as a "luxury" hotel and the quality was fine. You can get a data SIM card outside the airport when you arrive. If you need wifi you can buy a mini modem and put the SIM card in the modem instead of your phone.

Air conditioning worked well. Location great. Garden was cool. Daily housekeeping & laundry was a bonus.

There was no WiFi or breakfast, despite it being advertised on their site. The TV was 'broken'. Plumbing is due for a lot of maintenance.

I stayed two nights there, and the location is very good, close to the Palace and the seaside. The room is in the expectation and the price I would say is cheap. and unfortunately, there was one public holiday. I haven't seen the manager, who is also the owner. But the staff called J(?) was very helpful even though he speaks a little bit of English. However, different from what this property describes, there is no Wifi and Airport Shuttle Bus. I sent two emails to the property but haven't got the replies. I would suggest the owner keep the inconsistency of the description and please reply to the email sent to your property. Coz the first traveller is always needing help to be more confident. This time, I still give 8 scores coz of the very helpful staff J. Btw, Dili is a great place to go. People there are all friendly!

There is no Wifi, which is a very important facility. and the owner didn't reply to the emails, and there is no airport shuttle bus. Hope the ower can improve it.
