Incredible amount of mosquitoes, we had to go out and buy our own mosquito coils as there were so many pests. The flush toilet did not have an active water source so we had to flush the toilet manually. Property does not have WiFi.

The location was very good for us as we could walk to where we wanted to go. Also Luis who worked there was helpful and the guest house ordered a taxi for is.

Charming guest house with a comfortable bed, air con and fans. Very quiet. Once the English speaking manager arrived we were better informed and they were very helpful.

It was a bit challenging at first with no welcome information and no one speaking English on arrival.and no internet. This was all resolved the following day.

Nice room with large fridge and good air conditioning. Every day cleaning with new towel. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The owner Louis and staff are very friendly and helpful. The very good sized rooms (also with additional fly screen doors if you wish to leave your door open) are clean with fresh paint and come with nice bathroom linen, a very comfortable bed and toiletries provided. Private shower and toilet also with air conditioning and a good medium size fridge in the room and hot showers. The courtyard is lovely with many shade plants, trees, tables, chairs and umbrellas. There is an interesting choice of not expensive restaurants in R. Jose Maria Marques nearby. Padang, Portuguese, Chinese food and other choices also. I would have eaten at any of them (or all) if I had stayed more than 1 night. Check in and out times are very accommodating if bookings allow it. Good budget 2 star accommodation recommended. This is a good 2 star budget accommodation, and I recommend it. I would stay there again. See my positive review below. But it is a bit tired and could do with some maintenance such as: shower head was a bit old and requires replacement, basin faucet requires repair or replacement and exposed electrical wiring on fuse box in courtyard might cause foreign visitors some angst if not enclosed. None of these are an expensive or difficult fix so I expect Louis the owner will have addressed these before you visit.

Beautiful aesthetic, relaxing vibe with pet cats and lovely sitting area to read and do work. Very good room cleaning too. Staff friendly, felt way safer with 247 security with a big gate. Felt safe and comfortable

Fixtures are a bit old, things broke quickly. Need to renovate bathrooms

Friendly staff, cold air-conditioning, new supermarket very nearby, also another shop across the road. Great location all things considered.

No Wi-Fi as of June 2024, shower was in disrepair, bed creaks, TV satellite didn't work, lots of mosquitoes... Think they were coming from the drain holes in the bathroom? However they didn't seem to bite us...

This is a cute hotel in Dili, charming, clean, nice staff, hot shower. Great value for money. 8 minute walk to the esplanade to watch the beautiful sunset.
