The male staff member was very helpful, allowed early check in.

No wifi, no breakfast, the bathroom smelt bad, the room was very small.

The room was fine , clean and had beautiful antique furniture. The fans didnt work . There was no option for breakfast but that didnt worry us too much , short walk to other places toeat

No fans . Only gave us a small bottle of drinking water No airport drop off .

Central location, walking distance to the Atauro ferry, many public bus options just one street away, secure property with a big gate, many amenities included such as TV, kettle, fridge, microwave, air con, toothbrush/toothpaste, spacious room

Exact change for payment was required in our case.

In general quite nice hotel with good value for money.

I would put 10 but you can’t write that wifi is available in all areas if you don’t have wifi at all. It is not broken temporary etc. - they don’t have it at all. This called lying. And 4G signal is also very poor in hotel area. The same with breakfast - they write that breakfast is available but in reality there is no breakfast at all.

The courtyard is a beautiful oasis. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
