Lisbon Belém Guesthouse

Very good location

The room was very nice, the kitchen was fully equipped and the room had very nice views. The layout of the bathroom was a bit strange but functional.

It was a pity that there was no soap available for the washing machine, having to buy a whole package of soap for a single load in the washing machine was quite wasteful. Something that was unclear to me from the pictures was that the kitchen/livingroom is shared with another appartment. Also relevant to mention that we could hear perfectly the people from the apartment above us when they were walking even though they were not particularly noisy.

Location is Superb. 2 minutes walk from the famous Pasteis de Belem and Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. all other famous sight seeing spots of Belem are within walking distance. Apartment has an iron, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and watercooker

Bathroom a bit small if you are tall ( i am 6ft 5 / 1.95 m )

Good location in a quiet area of Belém near the park (there is a big parking there, free on the weekends and holidays)

There are cockroaches in the apartment. Poor noise insulation.

We were there for the Lisbon Half Marathon and couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Spacious, well located, comfortable, very clean. Really enjoyed staying here, superbly furnished. Great communicative from Hugo. Keys weren't in the lock box when we got there... Appears the cleaner had left them in the wrong box. Managed to contact Hugo direct at 10.30pm, very quick answer and all sorted very quickly. I would stay here again and have faith any problems would be dealt with.

Convenient and quick self check-in. Please note that the kitchen is shared between two rooms. We were on vacation in winter and the room was a bit damp. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There is a large car park near the apartment. From 7 p.m to 9 a.m parking is free. The location is convenient. Close to the river and the Belen Tower. We got to the city centre by taxi. It's more convenient than having your own car and looking for free parking.

wifi very bad. doors are hard to open. charging 10 euro fee for council tax which wasn't written in the room description.

Location and staff were very good.

I know the place is not a hotel per se…but I would have wished if someone would come to clean the place every other day. Also the wifi is quite slow in the upper floor - not ideal for remote working. Toilet is also a bit small with no electrical socket (for electric toothbrush and hair dryer).

It was enough space and felt really cozy sleeping on big bed. Bathroom was good too. View is nice.

Would love big balcony.
