Private bathroom (which is a rare find in Lisbon), clean and tidy room. Shower was amazing, hot water came quick and with good water pressure. Bed was comfy and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly and we slept well every night. Free breakfast and coffee downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good - 5 minutes walk to restaurants and metro station.

Bathroom door cannot be locked, in fact it was broken so that it cannot be closed at all. Room was not very soundproof, light sleepers might need earplugs as you would hear every step on the stairs, plus the dogs living on the street would bark in the morning.

AC didn't work. Window was broken. Room wasn't ready. No mini fridge.

Location was ideal for most attractions, and ease of getting around. Accommodation exceeded our expectations.

I stayed in the single room on the top floor. The accommodations were modest but comfortable. The skylights provided lovely natural light.

I was warned that the room was at the top of four flights of stairs. That was accurate. At the end of a long day, hiking the hills of Lisbon sometimes I did wish for an elevator!

It is verjetno near the city center, near the public transport, owner was very polite

A bit loud neigborhood during the night, isolation in building is not good so you can hear everything from upper appartement and from stairway.
