"We really enjoyed our visit to Cromer, and although the property was nice, it could be made even better with a few small"

8.0

The property was quite modern and in a great location, e.g. close to the beach and all amenities. The host had left a small bottle of milk, a small loaf of bread, some butter, and some tea and coffee items, which was a nice surprise. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom and there was everything we needed to be able to wash up and keep things in the kitchen area clean. Although it took us a while to work out the heating facilities, once we had, the property was nice and warm. The bed was comfortable and both sides had drawers and there were lamps on both sides with USB points. There was a nice little bistro set outside for you to use when the weather is nice.

The property not very spacious, and there were quite a few cobwebs in various places. The bathroom area wasn’t great, in that there was nowhere to place your toiletries or towels whilst you were in the shower. The privacy screens were quite flimsy and didn’t really fit the space. There was no hand soap in the bathroom area, but we used the one that was in the kitchen. There was also no toilet roll holder, which made using the toilet very awkward. The fridge and underneath the microwave weren’t overly clean and the sofa wasn’t the one that was shown in the photos that advertise the property, and it was low, saggy, and needs cleaning. It was difficult to see once it dropped dark, as the outside lights were not working, which made it difficult to lock and unlock the proper and the gate.

Nice spacious space with the outdoor area and private entrance. Nice gesture to have a loaf of bread and butter available and a kitchenette fully equipped for a couple to stay over.

Only half a roll of toilet paper was available so we had to purchase our own and no hand wash available in the bathroom. The sofa could use deep clean. Grill/cooker unfortunately was disappointing, took very long time to heat up frying pan and prepare the breakfast.

Accessibility to the beach, the local buses and a convenience store

The distance from the car to the accommodation,As we are in our 70s and 80s it was inconvenient.. The closeness of next doors hot tub and the noise that goes with it.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach front where you can follow the costal path for miles . Garden closed off which was brilliant for our dog !

"It’s potentially a lovely little place, but for the price - almost £500 for a solo guest for four nights and a very lat"

8.0

enclosed(i took a dog) comfortable cute looking nice decor.

The cooker was inadequate- one can only either use the oven, or the hobs which were really slow. The sofa wasn’t big enough for one person to lounge on.It really is tiny! The beverage canisters were full of old hard unusable coffee and lumpy stained sugar. Thankfully i’d brought my own coffee bags. I’d have appreciated the provision of shower gel and shampoo rather than just soap & four unexciting biscuits and some jam portions. Thank you for the bread and butter ( don’t drink milk) but the bread went out of date the day after i arrived! The snug over the fence had its hot tub emptied and cleaned at 11:30pm on weds night/thur morning - to well after midnight which meant i couldn’t sleep- bad planning! There was no outdoor sun lounge-style furniture other than an aluminium hard backed bistro set. I found tons of out of date info booklets in a bottom drawer -but lost patience trying to work out what might be relevant. The bus timetable is 2022’s version.

"good location stay to visit the cromer area."

9.0

location was good for the beach and pier as expected. it was a nice touch to have a well stocked kitchen with a welcome pack of bread/butter, crisps, biscuits and milk as well as sauces and condiments. the garden was better for the dog than i was expecting.

"We were very comfortable for the two of us. Minor problems but the noise next door spoilt it."

6.0

Location was perfect. Secluded. Adequate for the two of us.

Shower very difficult to turn off resulting in not showering for two days. No slip mat in shower. No hooks to hang wet rowels. TV - could only get IPlayer. Only one pillow each. Outside light not working. Main gate needs urgent repair. The noise coming from Cromwell Lodge next door was unacceptable. It kept us awake until 1 - 2 o’clock in the morning and felt as if the 4 women were in the room with us it was that loud.

"Disappointing particularly as it wasn’t cheap. Won’t stay again"

Location was okay

Property was not clean. Milk stains in fridge. Sink dirty. Outdoor furniture covered in bird muck. Loads of cobwebs. Crumpled quilt covered.
