lack of cleanliness. Accommodation was not cleaned between previous occupants and ourselves Accommodation was not prepared when we arrived. Beds not made until 6pm on day of arrival Shower not working properly; landlord did not get it fixed during our stay.

Everything about Snug was very nice apart from toilet which could have done with a proper wall and door for privacy….

The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, microwave and toaster all worked. We were near a bus stop into town. The two radiators were good.

When we arrived there was one bath towel and one hand towel but we were two guests. I requested two more towels on arrival day which was saturday but we didn't get them until Thursday. The oven and two hot plates didn't work. We reported this and got a message someone would come with the towels and look at the oven on Tuesday. No one came and no explanation. Same on Wednesday. We got the towel on Thursday. The lighting in the snug is very poor. There was no proper door to the bathroom - just a sliding panel.

Cosy, comfortable and in a good location to walk into Cromer.

It was important for a secure garden for our dog. Unfortunately, behind the cabin was not secure as it backed onto a ditch. We therefore had to keep our dog on a lead when in the garden.
