There is nothing i liked. The property had nothing to do with my original reservation. And foremost it has been the worst experience I ever had with booking.com

My first reservation had been changed and new offering had nothing to with the original. The room, service, physical standarts, location and most importantly The customer service was terrible. The suuport from booking.com was even worse. My first reservation had been cancelled and I expected the company to provide a equal service but the result was terribel. Everything was a huge disappointment.

Den Kundenservice des Gaspar House erlebten wir als Katastrophe. Konkret ist uns Folgendes passiert: Wir hatten ein Zimmer vom 28. Januar bis 1. Februar gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist eine Art Guesthouse mit mehreren Zimmern in einer ehemaligen Wohnung. Sowohl die Haustür als auch die Wohnungstür sind nur kontaktlos mittels einer App („Smart Door Locks“) zu öffnen. Als wir an unserem letzten Abend (31. Januar) gegen 18 Uhr nach Hause kamen, stellten wir fest, dass die Haustür mit der App nicht mehr zu öffnen war. Wir riefen die Verantwortlichen an und uns wurde erklärt, dass es Elektrizitätsprobleme in der Unterkunft gäbe. Mit Hilfe von Nachbarn konnten wir das Haus betreten. Die Wohnungstür des Gaspar House stand offen (!). Im Inneren war es wegen des Stromausfalls stockdunkel. Der Versuch, Strom durch Hochdrücken der Sicherung im Sicherungskasten wieder herzustellen (telefonische Anweisung) schlug fehl, bei jedem Versuch sprang die Sicherung erneut heraus. Wir saßen im Dunkeln. Eine Zimmernachbarin erklärte uns, dass der Stromausfall bereits um 16 Uhr bekannt war. Längst also hätte uns jemand informieren können, und längst hätten die Verantwortlichen versuchen können, das Problem zu lösen. Ohne Licht warteten wir auf die Lösung des Problems von Seiten der Gaspar-House-Leute. Irgendwann teilten die uns dann mit, dass das Problem heute nicht mehr zu lösen sei, sie aber eine Ersatzunterkunft für uns hätten - weit weit entfernt, nur mit einem Uber zu erreichen. Mit unserem nahezu leeren Handyakku trauten wir uns aber nicht mehr, ein Uber zu rufen. Zudem wollten wir nahe dem Flughafen bleiben, weil wir sehr früh am nächsten Morgen einen Flug hatten. So buchten wir noch schnell ein Hotelzimmer nahebei. In einem letzten Telefonat am 31. Januar versprach uns Gaspar House, das Geld zu erstatten. Das ist bis heute nicht geschehen trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Auch der Booking-Support konnte uns nicht helfen. Wir können nur dringend von dieser Unterkunft abraten.

"Awful sewage smell spoiled the entire experience"

Beautiful apartment

The stinky awful smell of sewage in the bathroom. It made a horrible stay at the room as the drain had a missing lid and the smell from the drain and pipe returned. Awful! Staff was informed in person and in writing and the problem wasn't fixed. I wouldn't return to that room with private toilet.

As instalaões são excelentes, são poucos quartos,assim nunca tem muitos hóspedes,superou minhas expectativas. A localização é fantástica,perto de supermercados, farmácia, restaurante e lojas. A entrada do metrô é na porta. A funcionária Gisele é muito atenciosa.
