"Exceptional"

What can we say! We had a really outstanding stay at Brooklands, made wholly by the effort of Sue. She could not of been more attentive in her attention to detail to make sure that we felt completely at home. Everywhere was spotless and very comfortable and she was generous to a fault! Nothing too much trouble. Sue was able to cater with my wifes gluten free diet, and the choice of breakfasts were generous and delicious!Thank you Sue x Cant wait to go again. David & Sue.

"Great stay will be back again."

The bedroom had a fridge , a fan and thin bed covers to accommodate for the hot weather . The bed was very comfy and the room was nice. Great nights sleep with excellent black out blinds.

The shower isn’t very powerful which is a bit disappointing as it’s a nice shower. The full English breakfast could be made better value for money if it is served with more baked beans and a greater quantity of meat.

"Peaceful, charming, cosy and well cared for."

Sue was an excellent host, from booking to arriving and staying at her beautiful guest house. The attention to detail, was admirable and impeccable. Sue carried out some lovely touches for our wedding anniversary away. The room was beautiful; the layout, the cleanliness, the decor, the facilities... all of it. Sue was a wonderful host and her Guest House is now the only place we will look to book for our next visit to the Lakes.

The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of options and lovely service.

The twin room we had was fantastic for a couple of night but might be a bit cosy for a longer stay.

"A fabulous find on our travels"

Beautiful decorated room and hotel. All very tasteful and such attention to detail throughout. Sue really welcoming and friendly. Bed very comfy and lots of great extras such as biscuits and chocolates! Breakfast was amazing - I had pancakes which arrived in a massive stack with fruit on. Lots of fresh fruit and cereal also available. Cooked breakfast was hot and tasty.

Nothing really but I dont like scatter cushions and there were quite a few!
