Beautiful home, Sue the owner is so warm and welcoming and loves sharing her home with her guests. Her house has such a lovely feel about it. Fantastic location, lovely park across the road and easy as walk into the heart of Penrith

"A delightful guest house, one of the best ever and worthy of highest praise"

Breakfast was excellent, ordered in advance so there was no waiting, and served in a delightful old-fashioned dining room. The whole house contained many lovely features, carefully gathered by Sue, the owner, who says that she feels more the custodian of the house than its owner. Sue also provided very informative messages before our stay, advising us about parking and places to eat nearby.

Shower was a little cramped, but that couldn't be helped, with the space available. It was immaculately clean and totally modernised.
