"Friendly and welcoming, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great location."

Sue was extremely accommodating and welcoming, our train was delayed so what was an already late check in became an even later one. Sue was warm and welcoming, helping take our bags to the room.

The individuality, original features, comfort and friendliness of Sue. Dogs were lovely too! Excellent breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Pemrith. Locals are very friendly.

"Comfortable, charming and relaxing place to stay."

We liked everything, very warm welcome by Sue who communicates exceptionally well. Really comfortable beds, very clean room, entrance hall and dining area. Lots of lovely touches e.g sweets and biscuits in the room! We ordered the light breakfast which in our opinion wasn’t light because you could eat a lot if you choose. The fruit salad and yogurt was lovely but what was really nice was that you could add nuts, seeds, cereals and dried fruits. I hope to stay again!
