"Don’t miss this!"

Brilliant, central location in the heart of Penrith; easy stroll to everywhere. Beautifully decorated and spotless with everything you could want in room (including ironing board and iron!) Delicious breakfast and generous. And Sue is a stunning host: warm, welcoming and goes out of her way to make your stay everything you could hope for. Highly recommended.

There is nothing that could be improved.

This guest house definitely deserves it 5 star rating. It is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in! It was very quiet too! Sue will arrange extras if you want champagne, chocolate or flowers for a fee to make your stay extra special. Well done to you Sue. You clearly work very hard to make your guests happy… and I was very happy! Thank you x
