Hotel Vida Bella

Decent location, friendly service, secure parking.

Air conditioner was extremely loud during the night (popped and cracked as it heated and cooled). The tile work in the room was not finished ( large gaps around the electrical outlets and around the mini split AC unit).

Very cold

The room and facility was very clean and the staff was exceptional. It's a nice looking place and feels secure. There was an original oil-painting in the room I really liked.

They didn't ask me what I wanted for breakfast, just made an assumption I would eat pancakes. The food was good. There was no hot water in the shower or at the bath sink the evening of my arrival or the next morning. It turns out they have only solar hot water heating, so if there are several days of cloudy or rainy weather, no hot water. They moved me to another room, on a different solar system, where the water was lukewarm. There is no heating in the hotel or rooms, so during cold weather you need to be prepared to dress warm inside.

The bed was HORRIBLE I took room n three and the mattress I could say that is the worst that i’ve ever tried to sleep. If you were about to come avoid this room I don’t know if the mattress in all rooms have the same quality. Awful night.

Super friendly and a pretty yard, short distance from malecon and restaurants. Great value

An advertised or at least communicated schedule for breakfast would be a game changer for us. We were up at 7 and at 9 we decided to leave and go buy breakfast...coffee wasn't started

The patio

I ended up not staying, I didn't enjoy waiting outside for over 20 minutes for someone to open the door for me. I didn't like the poor lighting in the room and specially, I didn't like the mold on the bathroom's celling. I left the property right away. a waste of money.
