We enjoyed the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and price. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff needs to work on being more friendly. If they learn how to improve on customer service and friendliness, this will make their client's stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious fresh homemade food. Coffee was really good. They have instant coffee and tea. Patio really peaceful and pretty.

Location, very attentive and very polite staff!

It was close to where we need to be at the next day.

No safe parking and no AC.

I arrived to check in at around 3:45 pm and only a resident was on-site. Check-in was available starting at 3:00 pm From the resident I found out that the owners were out of town, driving back from the beach a few hours away. She was unsure exactly when they would be back, maybe an hour, she said. No arrangements had been made to greet us or to have anyone direct us to a room. We'd reserved weeks ahead so I was very surprised no one knew about our reservation. I was advised that I could come back in a few hours. This was not convenient because my husband I were involved with a festival event a few blocks away and we could not do this.
