Riad Nouhal

To start with positives: the hotel is in a good location close to the main square but far enough that you're not stepping into a huge crowd every time you go outside. It's an old pretty building with nice interior architecture, and their roof terrace is a good addition especially considering how small our room was. It consisted of a bed with mystery hair on the sheets, and a tiny bathroom with minimal ventilation. Giant roaches came to hang out in our room and some drowned in the pool which the staff overloaded with bleach so anyone who stepped in the hall for even a second started choking (literally). Keep your expectations low for quality, and timeliness of breakfast. This was the cheapest room with decent reviews we found in Marrakech, but more expensive and less enjoyable than any other hotel we booked in North Africa. If you're a hardcore traveler on a budget able to survive anything, go for it. Otherwise this place might not be for you.

I think there needs to be some additional advice for Riad Nouhal as we, and others had a tough time finding it. I posted a good review for them and added this: The issue we had was finding it, walk from Saadian Tombs, about 2/3 the way down Rue de la Kasbah there is a sign for Derb Bzou, go into the ally and turn right, near the end is a large wooden door with metal cage shutters, unfortunately no sign but it's no.17 On your details it just said Rue de la Kasbah - 17. Which is impossible to find. Luckily I had Google maps and had read somewhere it was on Derb Bzou, we only found it when a neighbour pointed it out. There are no signs for it

Very small rooms and unkept property. The breakfast area on roof very dirty and untidy, however a good continental breakast given. Property hard to find as there are no signs in the back streets where it is located. There are lots of improvement that could be made with this beautifull property.

Llegamos al Riad con dificultad y al llegar nos llevaron a otro “Riad” según de la misma empresa, pero en condiciones peores, había muchísima humedad, la cama estaba hundida y pues al final cancelamos al día siguiente y nos fuimos a un verdadero Riad.

Great location, very friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was also nice.

Ubicado cerca del centro y a buen precio, pero las habitaciones necesitan urgentemente una reforma.

Mycket anonym entré utan någon skylt alls på ytterdörren och ingen lampa fanns heller. Vänlig personal, god frukost, fin terrass och välskött städning.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful with directions and also letting us check in super late.

Nice place, friendly staff, bathroom needs attention some repairs need to be done asp!!! Overall I had a great experience!!!

Super position. Friendly staff, good breakfast on the terrace, a lovely and quiet place. Wifi works great and every room has AC. Unbeatable price in that area. Riad Nouhal is not on a main road, so there will be no street noises, a great plus. Best solution for short stays, and if you don't want to stay too much in the hotel

The rooms are clean, but quite old and narrow, there's basically no place to leave baggages. Bed linens and towels are clean but really worn out, and the mattress should be changed. We travelled with a kid, so a bigger room would have been better, but we actually stayed just for sleeping, so we didn't matter too much.
