We had a last minute reservation in the middle of the night, so very glad we still found a spot to crash and host was there to meet us and show us the room. Central patio looks nice. Place is cheap for the location (which is convenient for old town visits), but very basic.

Room feels and looks very cheap, beds are not too comfortable and mattress/pillows quite old and dusty. Bathroom old and not inviting. The room we were in only had a very tiny (tiny!) window above the door so it felt much like a bunker room with TL lights. Good for emergencies or if you're on a budget, not for long stays.

The location is great and the building is beautiful. The cleaning lady is kind and always with a smile. However the place is badly managed. The linen has holes and the towels are falling apart. There is no closet or place to hang clothes. The electrical connections are positively dangerous. We had to supplement the breakfast which was basically a croissant, bread and jams and tea or coffee. Orange soda pop. Very disappointing place. The bathroom is so tiny one cannot enter and use it except sideways. The "managers" are almost always asleep and are not consistent in answering queries. Sometimes helpful othertimes rude and unresponsive. They demanded the hotel tax immediately upon arrival. No receipts given. Only cash accepted. I will not return. Book somewhere else. I gave it 3 stars because of the lication.

I liked the area a lot and the staff were very polite. The roof was also nice in the sun

I didn't like the confusion about payment. There wasn't a check in desk and I was asked for 150 euros but they may have meant 15 euros for the daily tax. It was a bit confusing and our room had no window no extra bed that I had booked. It was also very hard to find, no sign not even on the door.

Very quite and a nice place to stay. Definitely get your moneys worth. They let us keep our bags there after check out until our flight!

Lovely stay at riad mohammed was wonderful nothing was too much. Rooms cleaned every day by lovely lady with clean towels room quite small but you only sleep there would recommend. Mohammed arranged trips which were good value. Food was good

Didn’t know what to expect but we absolutely loved it here. Mohammed was so friendly and helpful and the lady who cleaned the rooms always had a smile on her face. Breakfast was great every day and was a typical Moroccan breakfast with fresh orange juice. Very close to the main square but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Small food vendors are literally minutes away and served some delicious food. The rooms have air conditioning which we certainly appreciated as temperatures were at high as 39!!! We will definitely be returning again in the future

Our person who served food etc was super friendly and helpful . Always smiled and the lady who cleaned rooms always had a smile ready to give. The rooms, although basic were always clean and the broadband was fast. Very happy in general with our stay

The only down side was i had to pay a city tax, which i was not informed about, roughly a extra £80 750 MAD.
