Exceptional value for money could be charging at least double. Really kind manager and organised us a safari which we loved.

This place is beautiful. A wonderful retreat after safari and a long journey from Ella. The host was so helpful. He organised our safari and a driver for 6 days for us as we were unable to take the Kandy-Ella train due to Cyclones. Our driver was great, very knowledgeable, took us to some spectacular sights, safe driving considering some of the roads were in bad condition from the landslides and even took us to his home to meet his family to have tea and homemade local delicacies. We were looked after so well. The pool area and rooms are all finished to perfection, there's still some building work but it didn't disturb us. The area is quiet with a few other small hotels and local fruit/ fish sellers outside. Don't hesitate to stay here, it's magic.

It is a beautiful place, hidden away from the main road. The room is very well set up and decorated, with a little fridge, a table, nice bed, hot water and even shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer! The pool is super clean and relaxing, we could even drink a cocktail inside the pool ☺️ until now, this was our favourite little hotel and the owner was so well in organising everything for us - amazing communication. Thumbs up!

This is a fantastic hotel located just minutes from the Elephant Transit Centre. The room was extremely spacious, well-equipped, and even included yoga mats! The whole place has a beautiful Sri Lankan jungle atmosphere, complemented by a great restaurant. The owner genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. He organised an amazing safari and provided pre-breakfast snacks, breakfast, and lunch all presented in authentic baskets. He also arranged his own car and driver to pick us up and take us to our next hotel. His kindness, attention to detail, and organisation were truly faultless. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful accomodation and staff in Udalawale. Every detail was thought of, and all staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities are beautifully unique and clean, the rooms the same. Food was absolutely delicious. We booked a safari through the elephant next door and it was wonderful, they have options of 3hrs, 6hrs, and full day - priced the same (and in some cases better) as other safari options.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Service was uitstekend en het hotel is heel mooi!

Een nacht in dit hotel is voldoende voor een safari, verder is er niets te doen in het dorpje.
