Central location and great room. Wendy was the perfect host - attentive but not intrusive. Loved the scented roses in bloom outside!

"Gemütlich und mit viel Charme"

Ein sehr schönes zentral gelegenes und persönloch geführtes Guesthouse. Besonders gefallen hat mir die liebevolle Einrichtung und der Blumenschmuck - man spürt, dass die Besitzerin Blumen liebt. Schön war auch, dass es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum gab, in dem man sein mitgebrachtes Essen verspeisen konnte und dass man das Essen in einem Kühlschrank deponieren konnte.

Im Aufenthaltsraum gab es keine Möglichkeit, Abfälle (vom Essen) zu deponieren - so missten wir leere Verpackungen im Zimmerabfall entsorgen. Auch hätten wir uns eine Möglichkeit gewünscht, zb Teller oder Besteck abzuwaschen. Das sind aber absolute Kleinigkeiten und nichts gravierendes.

I have stayed at the Cyntwell before on several occasions and its very comfortable and a really good location. In Padstow it has some great walks and food.

I really don't have anything I didn't like, that why I keep returning.

"A comfortable stay in a great location in old town Padstow."

Excellent location in Padstow, central but quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Wendy was very welcoming without being in any way intrusive. Our room in this old house was full of character. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.

"Clean and pleasant accommodation, but couldn't cope with the stairs and hills!"

The guest house was very clean and had everything you might need during your stay. There were several different types Of tea and coffee, hot chocolate and lovely biscuits. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The guest house is very near to the town, it's just down the hill.

You can't park near the guest house you have to use the car park, which us 10-15 mins walk away and is all up hill. Also, we were up in one of the attic bedrooms. The stairs are very steep and narrow! You need to be fit and have no health issues!!!
