Blue skies guest house and restaurant

Location good for beach and local family restaurants. A quiet relaxing place ..lots of nature especially birds all around. Suranga is a top manager..very professional.. organised.. nothing is a problem. This part of Tangalle beach is much quieter than West side..it suited me.. Suranga organised a few days trips for me.. including local rock temple.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was lovely and decorated with little flowers all over upon arrival. Suranga was the best host we've had on our trip. He made delicious food and it was nice chatting with him. The hotel is located just 3 min walk from the beach. We definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean accommodation with air conditioning, good fresh food including western breakfast, also possible for lunch or dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 3 minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach. Highly recommended

Very nice little guesthouse with great atmosphere . Only short walk to the gorgeous beach.

It was very clean, the dinner was delicious and the hospitality was great. We felt very comfortable :)

The accommodation is simply amazing! Just imagine starting the day while lying in your hammock overviewing a green garden. Everything is very clean. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom with the big shower. The owners are very welcoming. And they are providing delicious meals! :)

The host was just incredibly nice and we had a wonderful time relaxing. Suranga helped us with everything we needed like a scooter, a tuk tuk or a recommendation where to get good local food. Also our room was comfortable with our own little balcony and view in the garden. The local breakfast was special to us as well.

The room and property were beautiful, spacious and tranquil. We loved relaxing in the garden, looking for monkeys and watching the wildlife. The room was an excellent place to retreat to after time out in the hot sun. We stayed three nights and ate dinner there each night - which was always fantastic! The special Sri Lanka curry was delicious. We felt well-looked after and Suranga was happy to help with ideas and recommendations for nearby activities. The beach was an easy walk through the nearby resort (where we picked up snacks and supplies) and was a good connection to places to eat.

The property felt a bit remote from places to eat and a beach you can swim at.

An amazing homestay, with great food and an eye for detail. Suranga is a good host, very friendly and always happy to help.
