Liked everything about this hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Added bonus the hotel had a lift, a microwave a fridge with iron and ironing board. If you have pets they provide towels, balls and poo bags. The breakfast was excellent! .

Greeted by the lovely owner im so sorry im bad with names but she was sooo nice. I was there for work and I slept in the next day and woke up at the time I had booked breakfast and she even brought it to my bed and let me say unreal breakfast 😍. The room had everything I would need and more. Brilliant location if you drive as only 8 minutes from. North pier.

Bed wasnt the comfiest and room slightly dated. Also kind of felt like I was in a caravan in the shower (if if brought ny 16gr old he wouldnt of fit)

Fantastic find. Very freindly staff who gave that personal touch to our visit, treated me and my son and Toby (dog) great. Owners take time to have a chat and explain what's local etc.. the room was perfect for what we needed and was spotless. Breakfast was very good aswell. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat if you are visiting blackpool. Thanks again guys..
