"Absolutely perfect"

The accommodation was pristine and organised well. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay, and the decor is beautiful. Edward was so attentive and friendly. The owners also went out of their way to accommodate our needs - by being flexible and allowing us to stay longer on the last minute. This meant alot to us as it gave us extra special family time together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. The location was perfect too- quiet street and were able to park on the drive or outside the property. Plus, only an 8 minute walk to Llandudno promenade and its attractions.

Breakfast was really good great start to the day, location was great everything you need within walking distance.

Was all good, Edward the host was a really nice laid back guy always had time for a chat and he made sure you was happy and had everything you needed.

Situated in the best location just a few minutes away from the beach, stay is calm and relaxing , all facilities are great , Edwardā€™s hospitality is excellent and a very generous person

"Everything about the stay was great :)"

The location is great, less than 10 mins from the train station, and a few minutes walking distance from the promenade and happening parts of town. The host was great and extremely friendly and helpful. He even kindly offered a late checkout on our last day because nobody had booked our room for the next day. Breakfast was great. I tried 3 different things each day I stayed there: the English breakfast, the Hong Kong special sandwich, and the Hong Kong special dimsums. They were all excellent. The host also provided several snacks/juice etc. in the dining room for guests to pick up at any time.

"Clean Quiet and Ideally Situated"

Accommodation was clean and tidy, ideally placed approx 5 min walk from Rail Station and roughly 10/15 min walk to main town area Our Host was friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble Room was on 1st floor, very quiet road despite the number of parked cars. Refreshments in room with a nice top up supply in dining room
