150 year old Restored Lincolnville cottage

So close to everything and it was clean and cozy

Not one thing. It was really perfect.

Quiet, somewhat secluded. Spacious, had all amenities! Outside shower/optional - was absolutely awesome!!

Another icebag in freezer would have been helpful.

Great location in a historical neighborhood.

Pillows could have been a little more comfortable.

Beds were comfy but wish they were king instead of queen size. Claw tub was nice,water was super hot.

Shower stalls were very tiny I am almost 6ft tall and 275lbs I had a hard time lifting my arms to wash my hair. Did have some baby roaches but expected in Florida with the wood beam flooring, made my husband freak out.

The location is convenient.

IMO, The shower is small, the shower head is awkward and the bathroom lighting is not bright.

We loved the house! The location was in walking distance to almost everything. We met Michelle, the owner. She was very nice, as were other people we met in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again if we get to come back.

No complaints..

The home was in close proximity to the village itself and we did appreciate that convenience.

The ability to communicate with the home owners was a bit frustrating, and unfortunately caused issues on our end because of it.

Everything was great!

The hosts were on pointe and in communication at all times. The cottage was absolutely adorable and with a full kitchen stocked with coffee, fresh fruit and farm fresh eggs. Everything was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. It is nestled in Historic Linconlville, a quaint and quiet neighborhood, a few blocks away from old town. Our pets were welcome, the yard is fenced in, and that was a plus. I would highly recommend this booking, and I plan on returning soon.

I am absolutely enamored with this cottage, I can't think of anything I did not like.
