Cressfield Country House Hotel

Great location for a stop off if travelling further north or back south. . Just off A74 yet very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were both really good. Lots of parking.

Bathroom in our room was very small, but fine for a one night stay.

Breakfast was excellent for me. My wife was feeling unwell that morning, and the manager took trouble to supply a variant on the usual menu. The dining room was decorated in a style which highlighted it's architecture. Room was comfortable and welcoming, as was the bar and the dinner menu.

Whatever could have been improved was insignificant because I've forgotten!

Good stop off location on our journey to Scotland. Good wholesome breakfast & nicely cooked evening meal Plenty of parking spaces. Comfortable bed & good Shower. Friendly staff.
