Nos gustó mucho este alojamiento, muy sencillo pero limpio y cómodo.Tiene un pequeño restaurante donde se come bien y tiene cerveza. Putra fue un anfitrión de 10. Tuvimos problemas con la tarjeta para sacar dinero y nos llevó con la moto al cajero cuando nos hizo falta. Nos facilitó todo y nos gestionó los transportes que necesitamos. El trekking genial también y la comida estupenda.

Fun family is located right in the heart of Bukit Lawang which is great for experiencing local life and watching the kids have a lot of fun playing in the river after school. Whilst the rooms are humble staying at Fun Family is like staying with an old friend- Uni in the kitchen is fantastic and Putra is the host with the most- we booked our 2 day 1 night trek with him and he was outstanding both in knowledge and effort to deliver us the best experience possible. We stayed 2 nights at Fun Family and 1 night at his other place Eco Bungalows about 10 mins out of town to experience a bit of solitude, swimming in the pristine lake near his bungalows and the batcave. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay at Fun Family

Schöne Lage direkt am Fluss, Putra und seine Familie sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Sehr einfache Zimmer, aber sauber Die Dschungeltour mit Putra war ein tolles und unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Diese Bewertung gilt dem 2. Standort (Eco Tourism Bukit Lawang Bungalow): Der Inhaber Putra und sein Team sind super freundlich und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Der Transfer vom Flughafen Kuala Namu dauert ca. 5 Stunden und wurde für mich organisiert. Die Fahrt zur Unterkunft ist abenteuerlich und die letzten km werden per Motorrad absolviert. Die Unterkunft wurde erst vor ca. 3 Wochen eröffnet, daher werden hier und da noch kleine Arbeiten erledigt. Die Bungalows sind simpel eingerichtet (Bett, Ventilator, Dusche, WC) aber sehr geräumig und liegen mitten in der Natur. Morgens kann man manchmal Affen sehen und ein Fluss und die Batcaves sind in der Nähe. In die Stadt ist es ein Fußmarsch von ca. 30-45 Minuten. In der Unterkunft kann man frühstücken, Mittag- und Abendessen. Es gibt eine erstaunlich große Auswahl an Gerichten, welche von Yuni frisch zubereitet werden (sie ist übrigens eine sehr gute Köchin). Ebenso werden von Putra die Jungle Trekking Touren organisiert. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, dieses Abenteuer mitzumachen. Unser Guide Dipur hat uns 2 Tage lang sicher durch den Dschungel geführt und uns alles über die Natur und Tiere erzählt. Wir konnten Orang Utans, Vögel und viele weitere Affen beobachten. Dabei wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass der Nationalpark sauber gehalten wird und der natürliche Lebensraum der Tiere geachtet wird. Eine tolle Erfahrung! Gut zu wissen: In den Zimmern gibt es (noch?) kein Waschbecken und Spiegel. Auch das Toilettenpapier muss man selbst mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen.

In the heart of bukit lawang, friendly staff. We did the 2n1d jungle tour with our guide Uma and couldn't be better, it was interesting and fun.

We had an amazing jungle trek with Putra. In his own words: “the jungle is my hobby”, and it truly shows. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and we truly appreciated his respect for the environment and the local community. Great food, a mindful small-group approach, and incredible wildlife made it unforgettable. Highly recommended!
