Richmond Modern Apartment

Location great. Shower and towels better than any i have stayed at recently. Very clean. shops and places o eat within walking distance.

Road you are on and park on is tight as cars park either side.

The property was close to sights, parks and public transport and a short walk into the centre of Richmond. The apartment was well appointed and clean and had everything we needed. The communication from the owner/manager was clear and concise and access was simple.

If we had to be picky, then the fold out bed was not overly comfortable, but was good enough. The street is narrow, so driving/parking is tricky, but manageable.

Very nice and cozy place in what seems to be a peaceful area. The apartment had everything we needed and we had a pleasant stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, the temperature inside the flat was only 17°C, so it felt freezing. The condition of the property was also unacceptable: it was dirty, shabby, and noticeably old. When we contacted the landlord, he dismissed our concerns and said that the low price meant we should not expect better quality. After that, we asked to move out, but the landlord refused to cancel the agreement without penalties. Despite this, we moved out. Overall, this was the worst apartment we have ever stayed in. It was simply dirty and neglected.
