Richmond Modern Apartment

Comfortable , clean , a lovely welcome pack that was very thoughtful from the hosts. Tea , coffee , set of pans, oil, salt everything you need. Extra duvets in the ward overs too. I’d return !

Host came unannounced to fix an issue we had no idea initially what it was. A bit unexpected but nothing to moan about. The main heating was lukewarm not warm enough to lounge around. Shower was very hot on the other hand.

Perfect for what we needed

Price was Ok. Convenient location.

The bedding was very old and stained with black hairs on it. The pillows were flat and stained. Under the sofa bed was dusty with old biscuit crumbs. The previous occupants dirty washing was in bags in the kitchen. A dangerous feature was the shower. The water was very hot but it was not possible to get it cooler. I dont believe there was a cold tap joined to it. I was worried for my family that they would get 3rd degree burns.

Heating wasn’t on when we arrived so very cold. Shower boiling hot - once we adjusted the boiler was ok

Communication with the owner was excellent and they were always on hand. The basket of treats was a really nice touch’s. The location was fantastic.

The apartment could do with some modernisation, new beds. Shower extremely hot.

The apartment had everything we’ve needed. Location was great for our needs, very close to public transport and had an option for street parking. Easy check in. Clean place.

Personal preference. The main bed could be a bit bigger, was comfortable and great to sleep on but did kick hubby out to couch as was a bit small for us two, not sure on the size, double?

10 mins walk to nearest underground station. Markets, bars and shops on the walking distances. Silent neighborhood. Cosy living room. The landlord was kind.

Small bedroom bed makes noises when you lay down on the bed. Frequently you hear train sounds since the flat is near the trainline. One of the towel was dirty.

location very good. Ok for short stay.

Could have had more heat on in evening.
