Richmond Modern Apartment

Booked for it's location the property is in a quiet cul de sac easy walking to buses & trains/underground & had free permit parking. very comfortable beds with immaculate bedding & towels.

Massively overgrown ground floor garden (not the hosts); patio & outside dining area substantially overgrown & weed strewn, filthy outside table & front windows. No instructions for appliances or central heating; no dishwasher, laptop safe or gaming console although on inventory; bedroom door handle broken & not repaired during our visit although the host emailed saying it would be. Dining room chandelier dangled at a precarious angle with only 2 of the 5 bulbs working. Nothing the hosts would be unaware of.

Clean nice and quiet area to spend time with family

It was in a great location, good value for money with everything you could need including a washing machine and salt and pepper

A few bits were a little damaged but fed back to owners who are looking in to it

The beds were comfortable, good living room and kitchen.

The exterior was very untidy, lots of rubbish everywhere, neighbours were screaming at 6am very loudly, didn't feel like a very safe area and rooms let in too much sunlight.

The owners were brilliant to communicate with - very prompt and friendly. The location was perfect and the facilities were amazing too. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Nothing, really. Everything was to our expectations. The only thing we needed was likely another toilet but that’s what you get travelling with 6 people.

Great location, close to Richmond high street, clean tidy apartment, lots of towels, washing machine and clothes dryer.

Sofa was only big enough for two people and the other chairs weren’t as comfortable to sit for too long to watch a movie but aside from that all good.

Good for the price. Location was 20 minutes from Kew garden, less than 10 from city center. It was warm which is a good thing in uk. Easy check in with key box downstair. There was an UK adaptor for charging phone. Free parking was excellent but the road is very tiny so look after your car

The sofa bed was very tiny for 2 adults so I would not reccoment this apartment for 6 adults. Bathroom was very tiny as well but there was warm water. They left some coffee cups and cereals for breakfast but we were 6 people for 2 nights and it was clearly not enough..like there were only 4 coffee pods for the machine.

Excellent location being less than 10 mins walk to Richmond train station and 15 mins from Richmond centre. Apartment is perfect for small group and well equipped. Communication and contact was spot on and felt very welcome, especially with the wine, biscuits, tea, coffee, breakfast items and coffee. Will definitely look to revisit.

Hard to find negatives but being really picky Gardens need attention (not that we cared or used them). I'm struggling as great place, location and value

Convenient for visiting Richmond
