Very narrow road difficult parking

Well situated and spacious apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, there are decent beds and the WiFi and hot water work well.

It could be much nicer with some repairs and a deep clean. Feels a bit neglected at the moment.

Good location, convenient for walking to nearby shop as well as proximity to the rail system.

Parking we had to keep moving ,neighbours not happy , uncomfatable beds my husband slept on the floor it was so bad ,dust ,spiders pictures are really old the garden was not like the picture we couldnt sit outside it was a mess, the shower is different and very small. I would ring and tell booking .com but you just get cut off

The apartment is spacious and very cute. The decor is nice and there are places to sit and relax. The location is convenient but does require a 20 min walk. The street is quiet and safe. The beds are comfortable as well.

It is stuffy but the fans helped! The bathroom is quite small. There is a sofa bed but it’s not very comfortable. Our kids opted to share the double bed.

I appreciated the location – a quiet residential neighborhood yet close to the city center and all essential services – as well as the style and atmosphere of the apartment, with its solid wood parquet flooring, tasteful furnishings and overall warm and intimate feel.

The bathroom could be improved, but it certainly does not represent an actual issue.

Very conveniently located close to Richmond train station. Hosts were very responsive and made sure there were fans available during the very hot weather. Spacious and nicely decorated apartment.

Good quiet location in cul-de-sac near main road with bus stop nearby, or 15 mins walk to town centre. Able to park near apartment

All a bit tired and neglected, poorly equipped kitchen, small shabby bathroom in need of upgrade. No waste bin. Big gripe was that free parking was advertised but although owner was advised of arrival time with car numberplate, he did not get the promised parking permit for the first day resulting in a Penalty Notice. When contacted the owner requested a copy of the notice, sent to him, and said he would deal with it, but did not thus resulting in a later enhanced penalty charge which he now says is not his responsibility. Very poor, beware. Impression is his aim is to make most money with least cost.
