Vibe way (Hostel & Market farm)

Very close to city centre. The host was really kind and available for any type of question or request. He also explained everything we could do in the area and organised all according to our needs. Room was big and shower was very warm!

Great place if you need a quiet non intrusive space. Maybe i ended up getting a room alone to myself because i landed on a day when there were no other guests. Beautiful property otherwise. Owner is very helpful and he gave me a walkthrough as soon as i reached.

We had a great stay at the Vibe Way. A tuktuk was waiting for us at the train station. The host welcome us warmly once we arrived. He explain us all the different things to do around, he was very helpful. The localisation is not far from the city center. We recommend !

Super helpful owner Husham for arranging the tuktuks to-fro train station & the tours to horton plains and tea plantations! Nice clean facilities and dorm bed. It's 10-15min walk to the busy city centre with a slight hill up but it makes for a quiet getaway from the main road. My tuktuk driver/guide Harshaka (arranged by the hostel) was amazing for both horton plains & tea plantations tour!

The host explained all the options at arrival and helped organising a tuktuk for the horton plains national park. The beds were very comfortable and the blanket was thick enough (wasn’t cold). You don’t get a towel so don’t forget to bring one. There’s a hairdryer you can use. It’s a small walk of 10-15mins from the bus station (I did it by foot but he can arrange a tuktuk) but the end is a bit uphill (just the last 50-80m.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vibe Way Hostel! It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the main street of Nuwara Eliya. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive, both on WhatsApp and in person, and gave me a full overview of what you can do in the area and even told me which streets are best to walk at night.
