Bit odd check-in experience

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere, and the host’s recommendations

The guy working there is very nice and helpful. He drove us to the train station in the morning. The room was clean and the beds were comfy

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, the owner really takes care and pride in the property you can tell. Nice and quiet in a really good area.

Located in a nice and quiet area near downtown. Beautiful view from the front yard. It's comfy and clean. Also, the host offers very good deals and tips for transport and tours.

Toilet door doesn't really lock.

Only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Best shower I’ve had so far in Sri Lanka, even had a hair dryer which is a nice perk. The bed in the dorm was very comfy and night is very quiet. The house smells of incense and it’s super clean. It’s also a short walk from the centre. I got recommended a nice local restaurant for dinner and did a tour (waterfalls + tea plantation) in the morning before catching my train. 100% recommend

The hostel was very clean and about 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. The host was very nice and upon arrival gave me tips about the different tours he organizes and the restaurants to eat local good food for a reasonable price. I did the Tee plantation, waterfall and strawberry tour he organized. It was not expensive and the tuk tuk driver was very flexible and adjusted to our needs and requests. I would definitely stay over again.
